Conference place: Valtice castle.
Accommodation: is included in conference fee. All participants will be accommodated in small pensions in close (walking-distance) vicinity of the conference venue. Check your place here.
Travel instructions: Valtice are easily reachable form Vienna and Bratislava airports. The near-by town Breclav is located on main european train lines and all trains stop there. Search for the connection here

There is no need to reserve the ticket online in advance. You can safely buy it at the train station, but as you prefer. Return tickets Vienna-Breclav, or Bratislava-Breclav are almost of the price of one-way tickets. Below are listed train connection between Vienna Airport and Valtice - mesto for Thursday.

From Breclav there are regular train and bus connections to Valtice. The ticket for the bus you can buy at the bus and for train at the train station. Both train and bus station in Breclav are located next to each other.

When taking the train from Breclav to Valtice please keep in mind there are two stops in Valtice. Get-off at the first one called "Valtice mesto". This one located on the map approx. 200 m north from Hotel Apolon.
CEQIP TAXI: It is also possible to take a taxi as the distance is approx 10 km. Some taxis will have logo CEQIP displayed on their front window. Those will have fixed price of 10 euros for participants of the conference. In order to avoid long waiting times please group together (ideally based on the accommodation).
